Important - Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian who must be present for the entire treatment.
Cancelation Policy
At Dream Team Spa, we greatly appreciate each appointment and your understanding of our cancellation policy. We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to cancel, please contact us by call or text at least one hour before your appointment. If you do not call or show up to your scheduled appointment a fee of 50% of the service will be added onto your next booking Thank you for your understanding!

Travel Massage is exempt from this policy and has its own cancelation policy in its description.
No Rush Policy
Here at Dream Team Spa, we do not like to rush our clients. We do not book clients on top of each other, unless they are in a group together. We ask that you do not schedule your appointment if you have other obligations immediately after your appointment. We feel rushing affects the overall experience. So, we have a no rush policy.
